Shop With Confdence
Snow Guarantee is our added peace of mind for season passholders. Included with every pass, it’s designed to give you confidence in your purchase from day one.
90 Day Promise
If we aren't open for at least 90 days, passholders get a credit. The value of the credit is determined by the number of days the resort was not open out of 90 days. Credits are calculated at 1% of the pass value per day short of 90.
For example, if the resort is open 80 days, you would receive a 10% credit toward the purchase of a 27/28 season pass.
All season passes are covered! This includes:
- Alpental Plus Pass
- Summit Plus Pass
- Summit Pass
- Off-Peak Pass
- Nordic Pass
It's no secret, the length of the season varies every winter here in the Northwest. Most winters bring plenty of snow and few unexpected closures, but occasionally things out of the resort's control impact operations and the number of days in a season. Because every season is different, we chose to base the number of days very closely on our recent average to make it clean and easy.
For a day at the mountain to be counted as open, at least one of The Summit's four primary base areas must have been open for alpine skiing and snowboarding. The Summit's four primary areas include Alpental, Summit West, Summit Central, and Summit East.
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser’s account.
- If your new purchase costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your voucher.
- Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced item or remain unused at expiration.
- Easy Change does not apply to purchases made through third-party sellers.
