How It Works
It's all about having the opportunity to spend plenty of time on the snow, and getting the value out of your purchase.
If we aren't open for at least 90 days during the 2026-27 winter season, we will provide eligible passholders a credit that can be used toward the purchase of a 2027-28 season pass.
For each day short of 90 days, we'll provide a credit of 1% of the original purchase price (excl. taxes). For example, if the resort is open 80 days, then eligible passholders receive a 10% credit toward the purchase of a 27/28 season pass.

Our guarantee to you is that we will undertake every effort to keep the mountain open to our planned schedule and exceed 90 days of operation. After all, being a passholder at The Summit at Snoqualmie is all about spending more time skiing and riding, doing what you love.
The length of the operating season varies each winter in the Northwest. Most winters bring plenty of snow and few unexpected closures, but occasionally things out of our control can impact operations or the length of the season. Because every season is different, we base the number of days on our core operating season of roughly late December to the middle of March.
For a day at the mountain to be counted as open, at least one of The Summit's four primary base areas must have been open for alpine skiing and snowboarding. The Summit's four primary areas include Alpental, Summit West, Summit Central, and Summit East.
All downhill season passes are covered! This includes:
- Alpental Plus Pass
- Summit Plus Pass
- Summit Pass
- Off-Peak Pass
The Snow Guarantee and our operational promise does not apply to any Ikon pass products or Ikon add-on products.
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser’s account.
- Credits can only be used to purchase a season pass for the next winter season.
- If you use your rollover toward a lower-priced pass, no refund is issued for the difference.
- Credits expire 365 days after being issued. Refunds are not issued if credits are not used before the expiration.
No guarantee is provided regarding weather conditions, snow depth, number of lifts, amount of terrain, or facilities. Daily operations vary based on our operating schedule and can be impacted by conditions, weather, road closures, power outages, and other things out of our control.
