This is your chance to take home a legendary piece of Alpental – the iconic Edelweiss Chair that we have all grown to know and love as Chair 2. More than just a chair, this green riblet is a symbol of steep lines, deep days, and the spirit of our mountain community. Now, you can preserve the legacy of Chair 2, and make new memories with your loved ones from years to come.
Auction Details
For this sale we are utilizing Givergy, a third party, online platform specifically designed for digital auctions and prize draws. Along with 55 classic riblet chairs, we’re also putting the top and bottom bullwheels and the auxiliary generator up for auction. It’s a rare chance to take home a true piece of lift history.

- The highest bid on each lot will be accepted and win a chair.
- Bidders are required to set up a Givergy account and input a valid credit card. Only winning bidders will be charged.
- Auction winners must pick up their chair on Saturday, June 28th from 9am-12pm or Tuesday, July 1st from 3pm-6pm.

- Prize Draw Tickets $5/each
- Limit 20 per person
- Buyers must create a Givergy account and input a valid credit card for raffle ticket purchases.
- Prize Draw Winners selected at random using Givergy's randomizer feature.
- Prize Draw Winners must pick up their chair on Saturday, June 28th from 9am-12pm or Tuesday, July 1st from 3pm-6pm.

Terms & Conditions
Chairs must be picked up at the designated location during one of the available times. We will not be able to accommodate pick up at any other date/time. Chairs not picked up during the available pickup times will be forfeited without refund. All sales are final. Chairs and other chairlift parts are sold “as-is”. Purchasers are responsible for loading and securing chairs to their truck or trailer.
By participating in the auction or raffle, you acknowledge and consent to The Summit at Snoqualmie sharing your contact information with the Boyne Forever Foundation.
All proceeds from the auction will be donated by The Summit at Snoqualmie to the Boyne Forever Foundation, a 501(c)(3), which will distribute the funds to the designated organizations. If your winning bid exceeds the estimated value of the item that you bid on, you will receive a tax receipt directly from the Boyne Forever Foundation.
Shipping is NOT available for riblet chairs or other chairlift parts.
Chairs must be picked up at the mountain during one of the available pickup dates/times. Pickup and transport of your chair will require a truck or trailer. Purchaser is responsible for loading of chair into their truck or trailer, and securing the load for transport. A minimum of two people will be required to safely load the lift parts into your vehicle. Summit Staff are unable to assist with loading and securing your chair.
Note: Chair stem and basket are assembled as one piece. Purchaser ID is required at pickup for verification of purchase.

Winners of the top or bottom terminal bullwheel or the auxiliary generator must contact The Summit at Snoqualmie to schedule a special pickup time. A flatbed truck or trailer will be required for transport. The Summit team will help load the item, but is not responsible for any damage during the loading process. All transportation and unloading are the purchaser’s responsibility.

- Chairs do not come with seat or seat pad.
- Chair basket and stem will be assembled as one piece.
- Not all chair numbers are available, and chair numbers cannot be reserved or pre-chosen.
- All chairs are genuine, used chairs and have their own sets of blemishes, imperfections, and unique character.
- Chairs are sold “as-is” with no warranty, expressed or implied, associated.
