Season Pass Rollover
Life is full of surprises. We have you covered. A rollover converts the remaining value of your current season pass into a credit voucher you can use in our online store to purchase a pass for next season. Restrictions apply, scroll down to learn more.
Important Dates
Here are the important deadlines that you need to keep in mind when requesting a rollover through our Easy Change program.
- Nov. 15All requests are granted until this date. Requests after this date must have a qualifying reason.
- Opening DayLast chance to qualify for up to 100% credit. Requests after this date are prorated.
- Mar. 1Last chance to submit a rollover request for medical, relocation, or hardship reasons.
- 365 DaysCredit vouchers expire 365 days after they are issued. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
Qualifying Reasons After Nov. 15
After November 15th, only qualifying medical conditions or hardships with correct documentation are granted a rollover.

How Credit Is Calculated
Season pass credit amounts for used passes are reduced by the price of a lift ticket on each date the pass was scanned, or by the date of request and the ranges below, whichever deduction is greater. Rollover credit amounts for unused season passes are determined by the date of request and the ranges below.

Redeem Your Easy Change Voucher
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to My Account → Profile
- Click the “Vouchers” link in the Quick Links
- Find your voucher ID code
- When next season’s passes go on sale, select your pass and enter your voucher ID at checkout
Important Details
- Rollover credits are non-transferable and valid for the original passholder only.
- Credits can only be used to purchase a season pass for the next winter season.
- If you use your rollover toward a lower-priced pass, no refund is issued for the difference.
- Ikon Pass and other add-on products are not eligible for rollover. Contact Ikon Pass directly for their policies. Approved rollover requests for Alpental Plus passes will result in deactivation of Ikon add-ons without any credit issued.
- Allow up to 4 weeks for a response and 48 hours for voucher processing.
