New Edelweiss Triple Chair

Upgrading The Icon

The iconic "Chair 2" Riblet double that has carried skiers and riders to the top of Alpental for the last 58 years will be replaced by a new Doppelmayr fixed-grip triple chair during the summer of 2025. The new chairlift will provide more uphill capacity, reduce lines, and give experts even better access to some of the most legendary terrain in North America.
