If you have purchased a 2022/23 Summit winter season pass or Multi-Week Lesson program on or before September 19, 2022 you should use your existing email to login. However, you will need to reset your password by using the forgot/reset password link.
If you have not purchased a 2022/23 seasonal product yet, please use your normal/preferred email address to create a new account in our new store.
First, always attempt to login or create an account with the email you've used with us in the past. If your email and information is in our system you will be allowed to create a new password. If your email is not in our new system, you will receive an "Email is Invalid" error when attempting to reset your password. If you receive that error, please create a new account.

No, you do not need to create an account with login credentials for every family member.
If you are the primary purchaser for your family you may add family members to your account in the "My Account" page or during the checkout process.

If you get an "Email is Invalid" error when trying to do a password reset, or need to create a new account please click the "Create a Boyne ID" link in the online store. There you can provide all your details and set a password.

If you have already purchased your 2022/23 season pass your photo on file has been migrated to our new system. If you have not, your photo has not been migrated and you'll need to upload a new photo when purchasing a pass.
Photos are required for all season passholders. Photos must be a close-up headshot, no sunglasses or hats. Photos may be uploaded to your account anytime prior to your first arrival at the mountain.

When you create an account in our online store or in our BoyneRewards website, you're creating a Boyne ID. It's your account for The Summit, but also works at all our Boyne sister resorts. The same account credentials can be used in all of our sister resort stores, and for BoyneRewards.

More About BoyneRewards
When you create your new account in our online store, or reset your password you'll have the option to enroll in BoyneRewards. It's free to enroll and allows you to start earning points on every dollar you spend at The Summit. You can also earn and use your points on purchases at our sister resorts, both in their online stores or at the resort.

Your Boyne ID account and credentials is a single sign on for both the BoyneRewards site and our new online store.
If you create a BoyneRewards account before creating an account in our online store, you can then use those same login details to login to our online store.
Alternatively when logging into our online store you'll have the option to enroll in BoyneRewards. Once enrolled you'll find your redeemable points in the online store and can apply them at checkout.

Yes. if you enroll in the program prior to Dec. 31, 2022.
Passholders that purchased prior to September 20 and enroll in BoyneRewards prior to 12/31/2022 will still recieve the applicable points for their purchase of a 2022/23 Summit winter season pass even though they enrolled in BoyneRewards after the purchase date.
Important: After September 21, 2022 you must be enrolled in BoyneRewards prior to making a purchase in order to earn points. So if you want to earn points, enroll prior to purchasing any Summit products or services.
