It’s never been easier to order your Summit Season Pass. You may order online now or purchase your pass in-person at an open guest services location (late fall thru winter).

Please Note: Summit West guest services is closed for the summer. Summit West guest services will be open daily from 9am-4pm starting November 1, 2016.

During the summer Summit West Guest Services is closed, all passes are mailed to passholders during that time.

You can have season pass photos taken at Summit West Guest Services. Summit West guest services will be open daily from 9am-4pm starting November 1, 2016.

2016-2017 Season Passes: Even if you've been a passholder before, we need a new pass photo for your 2016-2017 season pass.

We have several people whose photo is too blurry or they have sunglasses on or some form of cover. If this is the case with your photo, we’ll be sending an email alerting you to the fact that we need a new mug shot.

Parents – your kids are growing – please help us keep their pictures current by getting new pictures taken as soon as possible after ordering their pass.

Please send your request via email to and include your first and last name, plus birthdate.

You can also find your season pass number on your pass. The pass number starts with the character 'P'. However, the 'P' should not be included when entering the number in our store to renew your season pass.

Photos and guest info may be uploaded when you set up an account or add a guest during the checkout process. Photos, guest info, and credit card info can also be updated by using Guest Lookup. Look yourself up by typing in your name and date of birth, then click on “upload photo” to update your photo, or click "edit" to update your information or update your credit card on file.

If you have not uploaded or submitted a new photo for your 16/17 season pass, please do so as soon as possible. A new photo is required for the 16-17 season. If you're using our payment plan option, please make sure your credit card on file is valid and will not expire before the last scheduled payment. Thank you!

Pass photos must be updated before your season pass can be printed and delivered.

Photo upload requirements:

  • JPEG format.
  • Photo should be well lit.
  • Photo MUST be a close-up head shot.
  • Our website has a crop tool built in, so when you upload you can crop to make your photo a close-up head shot.
  • No hats, sunglasses, or other accessories that make facial recognition difficult.

How to update your passholder/student profile and credit card info online:

  • Click here to use Guest Lookup
  • Type in your first and last name, then click "look me up"
  • Enter your date of birth, then click "verify"
  • Once your profile has loaded, click "edit" to change your credit card or update your information
  • To update your photo, click "upload photo" on the guest information page.

Passes purchased during the spring and summer will be mailed sporadically through the summer months and may take longer than 3 weeks.

For mail delivery - please allow 2-3 weeks.

During the fall and winter you can pick up your Season Pass in person at Summit West Guest Services, open daily in the fall 9am - 4pm.


Washington State sales tax of 8.6% will be applied to all sales.


You must upgrade in person at one of our Guest Services locations. Please be sure to bring your existing pass with you.


Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If, however, you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take your request into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often “rolled over” into passes for the following season.  To inquire please email


Each year you will be issued a new season pass if you chose to renew. Feel free to keep former season passes for posterity, but make sure to bring your current one when you want to hit the slopes!

XPass passholders get:

In addition to the Big S Club benefits and discounted Tubing Center tickets, L-T-D passholders receive a $10 discount on weekend Alpental lift tickets!

Although the L-T-D does not include Alpental skiing and riding access on weekends, you will get a $10 off discount on weekend Alpental tickets. Just present your pass at any Alpental ticketing location to receive your discount.

  • Passholder discounts are non-transferable and are available for the passholder only
  • Passholder must show their valid & current Gold Pass at ticket booth to redeem

The Summit Gold Pass includes 50% off full-price lift tickets at Big Sky Resort - Lodging Required.

  • To redeem discount at Big Sky passholder must book lodging through Central Reservations
  • No limits to the number of visits to Big Sky
