Group Activities

Please be sure to read our policies on ticket pickup and payment below.

Our group activities range from alpine skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and tubing. We also have a great meeting facilities and a catered menu to create the perfect company function, including, of course, ample opportunity for impromptu snowball fights. If you are feeling really generous, you can rent out an entire base area for you and your friends!

We even offer group rates for the beginners in your group. While we're sure you would be a good teacher, the two best choices for beginner are:

• First Timer Package
  Everything you need is included in the First Turns Lesson Package. Everyone taking a lesson must have a filled out lesson and rental form. After getting your skis or snowboard in the rental shop, go to the Learning Center meeting area and the instructor will take it from there.
• EZ Ski/Ride 1,2,3 Program
  The EZ Ski/Ride program offers you three separate days to learn at your own pace. Each day includes everything you need to hit the slopes. This package is designed for brand new skiers and riders and on each visit you will get a lift ticket, lesson and rentals, and the right to show off afterwards!

  HELPFUL TIPS

  These helpful tips will assist in making your group event a huge success:

  MAKE A RESERVATION

  As soon as you know the date of your trip, fill out a Group Reservation Form and send it (via email, fax, or mail) to the Group Sales Department.

  Get your group together to hand out rental and lesson forms. Inform your group members of the leader’s contact information, meeting time and location, and all other necessary information.

  RENTAL AND LESSON FORMS

  Please make sure all rental and lesson forms are filled out and signed to help speed you through the rental shop. A parent or guardian must sign for persons under the age of 18. Please have everyone hold onto their own forms when they go through the rental shop.

  BE ORGANIZED

  Finalize every person’s decision on lift tickets, lessons, and equipment rentals early. Sign-up sheets will help you organize your group’s needs and are available upon request.

  WHAT TO WEAR

  Please let everyone in your group know to wear the proper winter attire. We rent equipment only, no clothing. So be sure to have a warm waterproof jacket and pants as well as a hat, gloves, and goggles. With these items, you'll be ready for a fun day on the slopes!

  TRIP CONFIRMATION

  Be sure to contact your Group Sales Coordinator two days prior to your arrival (please let us know of any changes to your reservation form). This will help our staff serve you better and make sure your needs are taken care of as quickly as possible.

  RENTALS

  Everyone renting equipment must have a filled out rental form and rental voucher.

  PAYMENT

  We require one form of payment to receive the group discounts. Payment must be made upon arrival. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, checks, cash, or pre-approved purchase orders.

  TICKET PICKUP

  In order to pick up your tickets, you need your group of 20 or more people, one form of payment for the entire group and your reservation. When you arrive please come to our Group Activities Office, located at Summit West, where we will have your tickets and information ready for you. If you prefer, we can also mail you the tickets ahead of time or arrange for you to pick them up at a designated area, such as will call.
