Dining Options at The Summit

Summit Central

Timberhouse Cafe

For a quick snack or a hearty lunch, swing into the Timberhouse Cafe located on the second floor of the Central Lodge. The assorted menu features pizza, burgers & fries, a baked potato bar, soups & salad, mac-n-cheese, and of course snacks and beverages. The Timberhouse Cafe is open seven days a week from 9a.m. to 10pm Monday through Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sunday during winter operation.

Rodeo's

Step out of the cold and warm yourself up with something right off the grill. Rodeo's menu features barbecue beef, pork, & chicken, french dips, salads, assorted snacks, Pepsi beverages and micro-brews. On sunny days, hang out on the patio, catch some rays and fill your belly! Rodeo's is open Fridays & Saturdays 11a.m.-8p.m. and Sundays 11a.m.-4:30p.m.

Hot Shotz

Charge your batteries with a hot shot coffee or grab a quick meal. Open every day during winter operation, Hot Shotz offers Espresso's, deli sandwiches, muffins & rolls, snacks, Pepsi drinks and other assorted beverages. Located in the Central Lodge, Hot Shotz is open Monday through Saturday 7a.m.-10:15p.m. and Sundays 7a.m.-5:15p.m.

Whiskey Petes

Located on the third floor of the Central lodge, Whiskey Pete's is the place to hang out with your friends and grab your favorite drink, sorry kids this ones 21 and over. With a great selection of micro-brews and spirits Pete's is the place to be! Open daily 11am-11pm (11am to 5pm on Sundays) .

BeirStube

The Beirstube is the perfect place to get a great bite to eat or get your favorite drink. You can find the Beirstube on the first floor of the Central lodge. On Fridays the Beirstube is open from 10a.m.-8p.m. for everyone and for adults only from 8p.m.-11p.m. Saturdays its open 10a.m.-4p.m. for everyone and from 4p.m.-11p.m. for adults only. Sundays the Beirstube is open 10a.m.-4p.m. for everyone (the bar is not open Sunday nights).

Summit West

Timberwolf Pub

Live music on Friday and Saturday nights! Sit at the bar and watch all the action in the terrain park from the Timberwolf's sweet view of the mountain, or grab a chair and hang out by the warm fireplace. Shoot some pool and dig in to a great new menu selection accompanied by a wide range of micro-brews, wines and spirits. The Timberwolf is located on the second floor of the Slide-In Lodge. You must be 21 or over to enter. The Timberwolf is open Wednesdays & Thursdays 4p.m.-10p.m. and Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 11a.m.-10p.m.

Big Air BBQ

Have you noticed that aroma of barbecue while your riding the lifts? With Rail Rider's Ribs and Big Air Platters, The Big Air Barbecue will settle down the hunger in your stomach. The Barbecue offers a bounty of menu options that you can wash down with your choice of bottled Pepsi products or a micro brew. The Big Air Barbecue is located just outside of the Timberwolf Bar on The Beach, and is open weekends and holidays from 12pm through 4pm

Webb's Wireless

Wireless internet access is located on the second and third floors of the Alpenhaus Lodge. You are more than welcome to bring in food from any of our facilities into Webb’s Wireless. Open Saturday, 8am to 6pm and Sunday, 8am to 5pm.

Rosita's

Slide into Rosita's and mix it up with a taste of Mexico. Here you will find burritos, nachos, tacos, combo meals, hot drinks, snacks and an assortment of Pepsi products. Rosita's is open Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm.

Stan's Cafe

Stan's Cafe is located on the main floor of the Slide-In Lodge. This cafeteria style outlet is the perfect place to grab a quick bite and return to the slopes. Stan's offers grilled items and fries, soups, pastries & muffins, a selection of Pepsi drinks and other beverage options. Stan's is open Wednesdays & Thursdays 4p.m.-10p.m. and Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 9a.m.-10p.m

Face Shots

Warm up with a hot coffee, tea or cocoa from Face Shots. Located on the main floor of the Slide-In Lodge, Face Shots offers Espresso's, muffins, cookies, rolls, snacks, Pepsi drinks, Red Bull and other assorted beverages. Open 7am - close of hill every day of operation.

Alpental

Tiroler Stube Restaurant

The Tiroler Stube is located on the second floor of the Alpental Lodge with seating situated on the same floor and the balcony above. Proudly offering freshly made pizza, 100% Angus hamburgers, grilled chicken breasts, Johnsonville Brats, and Pepsi products, there's a little something for everyone. Round out your meal (hey, you've earned it!) with fries, chili or Ivar's clam chowder. The Tiroler Stube is open 9am to 10pm, Tuesday through Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sunday.

Powder House

If you don't want a burger & fries, drop into the Powder House. Located on the second floor of the Denny Mountain Lodge, the Powder House's diverse menu offers sandwiches, "special" pasta entrees, snacks, micro-brews and Pepsi products. The Powder House is open for lunch on weekends and holidays.

Backcountry Bar

Signature drinks with signature service from Helen the bartender. If you have a thirst and are of legal age, you have to visit the Backcountry Bar in the Denny Mountain Lodge.

Adrenalin Shots

Coffee, espresso and more to warm you up after a few laps in the Backcountry! Adrenalin Shots also offers pastries and snacks to keep you fueled for your day on the hill. Open 7am - 3pm on weekends and holidays.

Old Milwaukee Lodge

The cafeteria offers burgers & fries, pizza, soups, snacks and assorted beverages. The cafeteria in the lodge is open during hours of operation, Friday through Sunday, 9am to 4:30pm.
