Senior Skier Tuesdays

Are you retired or semi-retired and love to ski? Do you enjoy skiing with others who, like you, enjoy hitting the slopes and have the time to ski during the least busy times of the week? The Summit at Snoqualmie is starting Senior Skier Tuesdays, an informal way for anyone who enjoys getting out on the snow to connect with other senior skiers on a regular basis. And you probably wouldn't mind some tips on improving your skiing for the conditions of the day, right? Our goal for Senior Skier Tuesdays is to introduce informal coaching opportunities and potential clinics in the coming weeks by seasoned certified instructors.

Here's what you need to know:

  • This is a great way to socialize and ski with others!
  • We will be meeting at Summit Central every Tuesday morning starting January 20th, and skiing from 9am-12pm. Of course, you're welcome to ski as long as you want but this will be the normal time to meet up and go ski with others each week.
  • Any tips clinics will meet just off the edge of the Central plaza by the Summit Learning Center meeting area. Look for the Senior Skiers sign.
  • We have created a morning ticket product specific for this community event for those without season passes. We will be offering a discounted lift ticket, which will be good from 9am-12:30pm, for $30 (available at Summit Central only).
  • Valid for seniors age 62+ only. Photo ID must be presented with the coupon below in order to qualify for the discounted lift ticket.
  • You MUST print out the coupon below and present it at any Summit Central ticket window in order to receive the lift ticket discount.
  • Need rental equipment? Check out our daily rates here.
  • Breakfast specials will be available.

Please tell your friends about Senior Skier Tuesdays as this is a community-based social event and will succeed if you spread the word. As they say, the more the merrier!
