New Crossover: West to Central

Easier Access For Intermediate Skiers & Snowboarders

We're really happy to have the lower crossover open this winter. It not only makes it possible to get from Pacific Crest to Summit Central in one run without taking Wildside Chair, but also avoids Parachute trail Providing true intermediate level access from Summit West to Summit Central.

The lower crossover has and will continue to be open weekends. Via the lower crossover you can ski/ride up to Holiday...

Last Call for Alpental

What a closer! Over three thousand skiers and snowboarders showed up to send off the winter season in Washington!

There's no better way to finish out such an incredible season than with a full day of sunshine and classic spring snow conditions with your closest ski buddies. That pretty much sums up closing day at Alpental. We couldn't have asked for more, and hope you had one heck of a closing day!

Typically the Spring Splash Pond Skim is held at Summit West in the middle of March, a kickoff for the spring season. However, this year mother nature decided to thwart our plans with weather that just wasn't very enticing for our alpine beach goers clad in swimwear and creative costumes. 2017 Alpental Freeride Open Results

The third annual Alpental Freeride Open presented by Subaru, Spy Optic, Lib Tech skis & snowboards, and BCA went off with nearly 90 young athletes shredding their way down the iconic Chair 2 (Edelweiss Chair) line at Alpental. Skiers and Snowboarders from seven years old all the way up to 18 years competed on Saturday.
